Velma Merchant is from the beautiful Island of St. Kitts. Velma is a vibrant real estate professional with over 20 years of experience working in real estate administration, property management and sales in St. Kitts and Nevis. As a homegrown resident and citizen, Velma is very familiar with the local real estate market and is well connected to the community with a diverse network of clientele. Before entering real estate Velma worked in legal administration where she developed an understanding of legal processes and property rights.
Velma values customer service and adopts a compassionate work ethic that allows her to connect with clients, understand their needs and help them to achieve their real estate vision and dreams. D.R.E.A.M.S was founded in 2022, to provide individuals and families with professional, friendly, and compassionate services for any stage of their real estate journey – rentals, sales, management, and administration. Services Offered
Property Management
We provide oversight of real estate and physical property in St. Kitts and Nevis by managing maintenance, utility expenses, property taxes, rental management, and customer service for rentals. We make deposits and/ or wire transfers to owners after expenses have been paid.
Administration
For unoccupied properties, we perform regular maintenance, utility payments and safety checks to ensure your property is well kept while you are away and/or prepared and stocked for when you return.
Rentals
We manage and optimize your rental listing, recruit tenants, and prepare and manage leases and provide oversight for leased rentals.
Sales
We help you buy or sell any parcel of land or property that you have or dream of owning.
