Before entering real estate Velma worked in legal administration where she developed an understanding of legal processes and property rights.

Property Management
We provide oversight of real estate and physical property in St. Kitts and Nevis by managing maintenance, utility expenses, property taxes, rental management, and customer service for rentals. We make deposits and/ or wire transfers to owners after expenses have been paid.
Administration
For unoccupied properties, we perform regular maintenance, utility payments and safety checks to ensure your property is well kept while you are away and/or prepared and stocked for when you return.
